Wow ! Shaun this is some Marriott, the best yet. The lobby is the size of Wembley Stadium. Shops, Restaurants, Waterfalls and Palm trees etc. Been swimming in the pools and today on the beach (which is just yards across the road) and in the sea. Plenty of surfing going on.
Weather very warm but there is a nice breeze all the time,thankfully.
Couldnt resist the shirts , just had to buy one.It will cause a bit of a stir at the Con Club.
Penny I dont know if you have bought any gear for our carribean night,but we can buy Leis for a dollar each.Please let us know.
We are going to do an organised trip to Pearl Harbour. Dont fancy getting a car .The roads are very busy.
No Internet cafes anywhere am writing this on the tele in the room.

Glad you are enjoying Honolulu!! Sounds wonderful. Can't believe haw quickly the time is going. You must be a wonderful colour by now!
We have had a great week-end, went to see Cabaret last night and stayed in Letchworth with Maureen and Alan. Jean and Richard came too. The show was great - although lots of full frontal nudity - which we didn't remember from the film!! We were only four rows back in the stalls - so it was really "in your face"!!! Julian Clary was very good as the compere - a perfect casting!

Checked again today and I still can't get you downtown on Wednesday so at the moment you are booked into Larkspur CY Wednesday and Downtown Thursday & Friday.
My recommendations for touring are to catch the cable car (tram) from Union Square near the hotel all the way to pier 39. Check this out, remember to see the seals. From here you get the boat to Alcatraz. And then take a walk to Coit Tower and go up - great views of both bridges.
Also while in San Francisco check out the Cheesecake Factory - top floor of Macey's!
